Preparation
To bake the fillets, defrost in the refrigerator. Tasty baked with fries and remoulade.

Oven
(Preheating at 220°C, fan oven 200°C): place the fillet on baking paper on the baking sheet and cook for 20-22 minutes.

Frying Pan
(Nonstick): fry the fillets in oil or butter for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
