Pangafilets have a neutral, mild flavor and are boneless. The fillets are packed separately for better protection and thaw quickly and hygienically.

Preparation
To bake the fillets, defrost in the refrigerator and pat dry or lay the vacuum packing about 20 minutes in cold water. Tasty baked with potatoes, broccoli and mustard sauce.

Oven
(Preheating at 200°C, convection oven 180°C): wrap the fillet with a knob of butter in aluminum foil and cook 20-22 minutes.

Frying Pan
(Nonstick): cook the thawed fillets in oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on each side (instead of frozen & 6-8).

Microwave
(600 Watt): Remove the vacuum packaging and place the fillet on a microwave-safe plate, cover with (microwave) plastic wraps and cook 7 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute.
