Stir fry Basa fish fillet pieces

Ingredients
1 bag Queens Stir Bakvis Lemon & Chili
2 fish bouillon cubes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
250g shiitake
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
125g thin noodles
Optional: gehakje coriander leaves
Optional: 1 red pepper

Preparation


Step 1

Put a pan of water on the fire with 1.5 liters of water and 2 fish bouillon cubes. Bring to the boil and let simmer over medium heat.
Step 2

In the meantime, cut the peppers and shiitake mushrooms into strips. Do you like some spice, then cut a red pepper into rings. Add the vegetables to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3

Stir fry the flapper in a frying pan, according to the pack instructions.
Step 4

Bring the soup to taste with soy and fish sauce. Taste and add any extra sauce to taste. Cooking at the last minute with the soup, the noodles according to pack instructions. Usually this is about 4 minutes.
Step 5

Ladle the soup into bowls, top with a few pieces stir by flapper, possibly sprinkle some chopped coriander and serve.
