2 Queens Pangalicious pangafilets breaded garlic & herbs
½ onion
½ fennel
½ jar roasted peppers
2 sprigs of dill
200gr whole buckwheat grains
olive oil
pepper and salt |

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees and bake the pangafilets about 25 minutes in the oven according to the directions on the package. |

Step 2
Chop the onion finely and cut the fennel into strips. The roasted peppers you cut into large pieces and dill finely chop you. |

Step 3
Put two pans together. In one of the tiles grid you the buckwheat grains with ½ tablespoon of olive oil. |

Step 4
In another frying pan you fry the onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then bake for 5 minutes with the fennel. Spoon the roasted pepper and dill through and season with salt and pepper. |

Step 5
The buckwheat is now ready and you create through the vegetables. Turn off the heat and pour a little olive oil over. Mix well, taste and make any additional flavoring. Serve the baked pangafilets with buckwheat salad. |
