Queens helm flapper panga Natural (200 grams) thaws
200 grams of potatoes in their skins
1 broccoli
1 onion
juice of half a lemon

Preparation


Step 1

Wash the broccoli and potatoes and cook together (can be in the same pan) for 8 minutes.
Step 2

Cut the onion into rings and fry in a skillet or wok glassy.

Step 4
